WHY DO SO MANY MARKET ENTRIES FAIL?
Two bottlenecks stand between you and the customer.
If you sell from Asia into Germany, it's easy to underestimate how quickly two hurdles can stall your market entry — long before the first customer is served. We know both: one we solve, the other we bridge.
Legal market access
Since December 2024, the GPSR has required an EU-based Responsible Person for almost every product. Without one, listings are blocked and goods are held at customs. Marketplaces like Amazon already enforce this.
We guide you through the requirements and build the bridge to our legal partner — so your goods arrive and are cleared to sell.
The missing local presence
Without a warehouse in Germany, every order means long delivery times from Asia, expensive individual shipments, and returns that are almost impossible to manage. For German customers, that's a reason not to buy.
Your goods are stored with us in Berlin. We usually ship within 24 hours and handle returns locally — as reliably as your customers expect.

"We've been doing fulfillment for over 20 years – owner-led, in Berlin, with the same values as on day one. Our clients stay because they know who they're talking to. We grow with their businesses, not against them. That's our understanding of 3PL – as a partner, not a platform."

FAQs
Frequently asked questions about selling from Asia into Germany
Selling from Asia and looking to enter the German market? The same questions tend to come up early — about GPSR and the EU Responsible Person, customs, delivery times, returns and marketplace integration. Here you'll find short, clear answers. For your specific case, we'll cover everything else in a personal initial call.

As an Asian seller, do I need an EU Responsible Person to sell in Germany?
Yes. Since 13 December 2024, the GPSR has required an EU-based Responsible Person for almost every product. Without one, listings are blocked and goods are held at customs. We guide you through the requirements and work with Eggert & Partner Rechtsanwälte in Berlin to do so.
What happens without an EU Responsible Person on Amazon and other marketplaces?
Marketplaces like Amazon already enforce the GPSR: without a registered EU Responsible Person, listings are deactivated and may not be sold in Germany. With the right setup in place, your listings stay active.
Is legal or tax advice part of the service?
No. Under German law, legal advice is reserved for attorneys. That's exactly why we work with Eggert & Partner Rechtsanwälte in Berlin. We make the introduction, coordinate the process, and handle everything operational around it.
Have you done this before?
Yes. We've brought international brands onto the German market — from the first questions to thousands of orders shipping out of Berlin. Together with our legal partner, we solve the requirements in practice, not just in theory.
Which marketplaces and shop systems can be integrated?
Amazon, eBay, Shopify and more. Your orders flow automatically into our customer portal, keeping shipping and inventory in sync.
How are returns from Germany handled?
We receive returns locally in Berlin, then inspect and process them — with no detour back to Asia. That saves time and cost, and keeps your customers happy.
